If any of the following rules are broken by a player or if the staff decides that something a game player is doing is not in the spirit of the game, we reserve the right to ban, cell or mute you until further investigation can be done. Which may and can result in a Permanant Ban from this site.
General Rules
1) First and Foremost, obey all Staff and Players at all times.
2) No attacking other people's religion, sexual, political or ethnic backgrounds. This is not in the spirit of the game, nor is it the place for it.
3) There will be no cussing, swearing or innappropriate language allowed anywhere on the site.
4) DO NOT harass or threaten any players in this game, which includes YOM's as well. If a player is harrassing or threatening you report it to a staff member or petition for help.
5) You are allowed one Main character and five alternate characters. If the staff discovers you have more than six characters this will result in all your characters getting deleted. If you play from a college etc. you need to petition for help and include that you are playing from a college etc.
6) NO SPAMMING; that is a Permanant Ban, this includes going to other sites and spamming this site at other game sites. If you want to exchange other links etc. In a YOM exchange your IM's. And go there. If someone does SPAM REPORT IT immediatly to a staff member, Petition for help and (or) use the report to admin function in yom. If you report spam you will receive 1000 donator points.
7 )If you purchase too many Permanant Hitpoints, you will have to Petition for Help how many HP you want taken away. And you have to have 50 gems for each HP point you want in your hand for payment to take the extra HP away. We ADVISE YOU to REALLY THINK before you purchase permanant hitpoints. Purchasing too many Hitpoints CAN AND WILL RESULT in your character becoming unable to beat it's master or you will get killed by the creatures in the forest.
8) There will be no demeaning, calling other players names or insulting other players anywhere on this site. If you are roleplaying and it is getting out of hand. Please be adult enough to end it.
9) There will be no Cybering anywhere on this game including YOM's. This site is not the place to be doing any kind of cybering. There are sites specifically for that kind of thing so GO THERE. Cybering will result in a Permanant Ban. NO Warnings.
10) No using other languages in the villages or clan halls or any other chat area's. English only please.
11) No posting or Yom'ing other players telling them who other people's alts are.
12) The use of bold and italic is no longer allowed anywhere on the site.
13 There is to be no exchanging of personal information on this site. Instant Messenger contact info is ok only in YOMS. Do not post such information anywhere else. Please do not give out your real name, phone number, street address or age.
14) No Stat Transfers
Names Titles and Colors
1) You may Petition for Help for your name to be colored and changed. Names can not be in bold or italic. You may not ask for your name to be left blank. You may not use Admin, Moderator, JRModerator or any form of a staff name in your name. You can not use special characters, numbers or symbols in your title or name.
2) You need 33 Dk's (dragonkills) for a custom title. No using Farmboy/girl or any previous titles once you have killed the dragon and passed that title. The above rules on name changing apply also to titles. Black is not able to be used in the "custom title" section, please petition for help if you wish black in your title.
Donations
For donating to the site we have incentives. After you donate, please Petition for Help the amount you donated and what incentives are due you.
Posting in villages and other areas of the game
The Garden is a role playing area only. In all other areas please remember to follow the rules on giving out real life info.
If you have game questions YOM a member of staff (IC's or Moderators) or another another player. Do not petition for help concerning game related questions such as Where a shop is located or what DK you need to purchase a certain item. This is why we have IC's and Mod's. They are here to help you with your general game questions. This is an exploring game. So try to find it out on your own
